Tania G. has wanted to pursue a career in the healthcare industry since she was a young girl — and with the help of Boca Helping Hands, she's received the necessary hands-on training to get one step closer to that dream.
Prior to learning about Boca Helping Hands, Tania was working on obtaining her bachelors degree in Biology from Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach State College.
“I’ve always wanted to help people feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. I thought, what better way than by starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and by taking advantage of the course offered by BHH.”
Since completing her training, Tania has landed a job with Baptist Health in their Cardiovascular Step-Down Unit. Tania feels that between the helpful mock interviews and the hands-on lab and clinical training she received, she excels in her new position.
Tania looks forward to continuing her education and reaching her longtime goal of becoming a Physician Associate.
