Volunteers are the backbone of Boca Helping Hands. The services we provide to the community are handled by the dedicated men, women and younger generation that so willingly give of their time and talents. We invite you to view our Volunteer Opportunities and  join our team! If you have a skill not listed, please contact us to see how we can best use your talents. Learn how you can help BHH at our Volunteer Orientations held at The Remillard Family Resource Center (RFRC) here at Boca Helping Hands. 

Volunteer Application Process:

1.  Fill out the online Volunteer Application and submit.  (Only for those 16 years and older)
2. Print waiver and bring to Boca Helping Hands for your Volunteer Orientation for your or Service Day
3.  After completing the above steps, email the Volunteer Program Manager Melissa Keklik at Melissa@bocahelpinghands.org

Boca Helping Hands recognizes its volunteers every year, in February, by hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. Volunteers who have earned 60 hours or more a year are invited to this event.  

Dress Code:  No Flip Flops - CLOSED TOE SHOES ONLY! Please arrive on time, neat and clean, including clothing. If you are working directly with the food you must wear baseball cap or hair net.  This code is for your safety and the safety of our clients. 

Age: Parents of minor children  (children 15 and younger) must have a parent onsite with them. 

Waiver:  All volunteers must sign a waiver of liability on an annual basis. Parents of all minor children (children 15 and younger) must sign a waiver for their children.
