Boca Helping Hands provides limited financial assistance to parents/guardians working 32+ hours and living in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, or Boynton Beach.

All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Boca Helping Hands’ financial resource policies and can take up to 7 days to process.


Childcare Assistance Program (CAP) includes the following:

  • Preschool
  • Daycare
  • Aftercare
  • Summer Camp

Applicants MUST be working a minimum of 32+ hours and reside in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, or Boynton Beach.


Checklist of Required Documentation


  • Completion of the Boca Helping Hands Income & Expenses form found here.


  • Proof of all income: Last two months of bank statements for all checking, savings, or business accounts


  • Valid issued picture ID: Driver's License, ID card or Passport


  • Proof of residency: FPL or water bill


  • Paystubs (3): 32 hours scheduled per week is required. Exception: Full-time students may provide proof of enrollment and credit hours in place of proof of income.


  • Child's birth certificate


  • Childcare invoice: Statements are not accepted. Invoices must include current dates, invoie number and relevant fees. Past due balances do not qualify.


  • If applicable, proof of any financial contribution from family members or other agencies (churches or local government groups). Must be documented and sent directly to BHH
