Participate at your leisure and practice in a virtual setting with the instructor.
All levels are welcome to participate.
Online on Tuesdays from 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm
In-person at Boca Helping Hands Food Center on Fridays from 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Sign up at least 48 hours in advance

Requirements:
- Reserve your spot at least 24 hours in advance to the date you want to participate
- Must reside in Palm Beach County
