Boca Helping Hands has partnered with the FAU Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing to bring healthcare services to the community. 

Medical and Behavioral Care vouchers are available to qualifying, uninsured individuals in Palm Beach County at the FAU Community Health Centers in West Palm Beach.


They provide an array of services, directed by advanced practice nurses in collaboration with other health care providers to provide services that are community, family and person centered.

Requirements

You must provide documentation from both 1 and 2.


1) Proof of Palm Beach County Residency 
Examples include: rental lease, mortgage, FPL bill, water bill, OR car registration. Mailings and IDs do not validate residency. 


2) Valid Photo ID
Examples include: U.S. driver's license, U.S. passport, permanent residency card, state ID, OR a non-U.S. valid photo ID with proof of US residency.
