Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative Program prepares students to work in the rapidly growing call center industry. Boca Helping Hands partners with Call4Health to provide training and job placement as a Patient Care Representative. Be prepared to enter the CSR industry in just 2-3 weeks!

Requirements:
+ Are 18 years of age or older
+ Have a High School Diploma or GED (in English)
+ Have a valid driver’s license and Social Security Card
+ Have strong English language skills
+ Are bilingual (not required but preferred)
+ Have reliable transportation


Phase One: One week of Job Readiness taught virtually via Zoom. Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. 


Phase Two: A live interview at Call4Health including a four-part assessment (typing, critical thinking, medical terminology, and spelling and grammar). Successful candidates will move on to four weeks of on-the-job training that could potentially lead to full-time employment with benefits.


Please note that all phases are mandatory for successful completion of the program.
