Customer Service Representative Job Training Program
The Customer Service Representative Program prepares students to work in the rapidly growing call center industry. Boca HelpingHands (BHH) partners with Call4Health to provide training and job placement as a Patient Care Representative. Be prepared to enter the CSR industry in just 2-3 weeks!
This might be a good fit for you if you:
+ Are 18 years of age or older
+ Have a High School Diploma or GED (in English)
+ Have a valid driver’s license and Social Security Card
+ Have strong English language skills
+ Are bilingual (not required but preferred)
+ Have reliable transportation
Phase One: One week of Job Readiness taught at BHH Monday through Friday from 9am - 4pm.
Phase Two: Set up an interview with BHH. The interview consists of four assessments (typing, critical thinking, medical terminology, and spelling and grammar), and a live interview at Call4Health.
Phase Three: Successful candidates will move on to four weeks of on-the-job training, followed by full-time employment with benefits.
