Erika Hawn was born and raised in South Florida and has been connected to Boca Helping Hands since she was 12 years old, first volunteering alongside her father. That early experience sparked her passion for service and community involvement.
She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing and later brought her people-focused background into her role at Boca Helping Hands. As Volunteer Program Manager, Erika oversees volunteer engagement across multiple locations, working closely with individuals, groups, and community partners to create organized, meaningful, and enjoyable service experiences.
Erika thrives on building relationships and bringing people together, and she takes pride in making sure every volunteer feels welcomed, valued, and excited to be part of the mission.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, spending time outdoors, and making memories with friends and family.
