Volunteer Orientations are held once a month depending on the time of year. Below please find the upcoming Volunteer Orientation dates. If you are interested in attending an orientation, please email Melissa@bocahelpinghands.org with your chosen date and the number of people attending.

Volunteer Orientations run approximately (1) hour and are held at:
Boca Helping Hands Remillard Family Resource Center

Prior to attending Orientation, individuals must fill out the Volunteer Application as well as print and sign our waiver.
Dress Code: No Flip Flops - CLOSED TOE SHOES ONLY! Please arrive on time, neat and clean, including clothing. If you are working directly with the food you must wear baseball cap or hair net. This code is for your safety and the safety of our clients.
Age: Parents of minor children (children 15 and younger) must have a parent onsite with them. Parents of all minor children must sign a waiver for their children.
Waiver: All volunteers must sign a waiver of liability on an annual basis. Parents of all *minor children must sign a waiver for their children.

Boca Helping Hands recognizes its volunteers every year, in February, by hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. Volunteers who have earned 60 hours or more a year are invited to this event.
