Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Certified Nursing Assistant Program trains students to work in the rapidly growing healthcare industry. Boca Helping Hands (BHH) partners with The Family Care Training Center to provide students with hands-on lab training and clinical experience in a long-term care facility. Start your career as CNA in 10-12 weeks!

This might be a good fit for you if you:

+ Are 18 years of age or older
+ Have a High School Diploma or GED (in English)
+ Have a valid driver’s license and Social Security Card
+ Have strong English language skills
+ Have proof of a licensed and insured vehicle
+ Pass Level 1 background screening check
(A $200 deposit is required to enroll and is fully refunded upon successful completion of the program)

Phase One: One week of Job Readiness taught at Boca Helping Hands Monday- Friday from 9am - 4pm.

Phrase Two: This program includes 165 hours of instructor-led classroom lessons, practical, hands-on lab training, and clinical experience. Upon completion, students take Florida’s Board of Nursing (Prometric) Nurse Aide Exam to obtain their license. This class is Monday through Friday from 9am - 4pm.

Phase Three: Graduates work with BHH Job Mentors to update/create resumes, practice mock interviews, and learn how to navigate employment sites for open positions.
