The Addison's Executive Sous Chef Koby Wexler visits our Hospitality Training Class

Many thanks to The Addison’s Executive Sous Chef Koby Wexler for joining us during our Hospitality Training class yesterday. Chef Koby spent the afternoon teaching proper knife skills as he demonstrated his recipe for bruschetta. This was the first time instructor Kerri Powers has invited a professional chef into our classroom setting but hopes it will become a permanent piece on her syllabus.

“It is a privilege for them to learn from someone so accomplished and experience direction from them,” said Hospitality Instructor Kerri Powers. “They LOVED it!”
