On Monday, November 9, 2015, Jay Gannon of RBC presented a check for $2,000 to Boca Helping Hands to support the BHH Home Health Care Job Training.  Now in its 18th year of providing short term emergency assistance while seeking solutions to break the cycle of dependence, Boca Helping Hands offers Job Mentors and three specific job training programs to its clients.

Commenting on the partnership with RBC, BHH Executive Director James S. Gavrilos noted:  “When Jay Gannon arrived in Boca Raton, his very first project was to find a charity in line with RBC’s charitable and giving priorities.  Not only has he helped secure this grant, but he is also volunteering his services as a job mentor.  This is exactly the type of partnership between the for-profit and non-profit worlds that makes our community so strong.”
